Thirty years ago in a small Melbourne kitchen, Sepi, a young Persian woman with a love for baking, began crafting delicate cookies filled with nostalgia and home. When she moved from modern-day Iran (Persia) to Australia, baking became her way of preserving memories, sharing love, and expressing creativity in a new world.
What started as small batches of handmade sweets turned into a passion for building community through food. After opening a cafe in Sydney and learning the business hands-on, life brought Sepi to San Jose with her daughters — where C’est Si Bon Bakery took root.
